A.R.E.A. Real Estate Appraisers, Inc. was founded in 1982 by Oswald P. Carrerou, as a small, one person appraisal shop. Over time, the company has grown in both size and experience, to serve the entire Central Florida area.

Our company now retains eight full time appraisers to expedite your appraisal and consulting needs. Our state of the art software and sales database allows our appraisers to efficiently convey an opinion of value for any property type.

Our commercial appraisal department utilizes the ReportBuilder family of software, with digital photographs and mapping, and can deliver a bound narrative report by email in a PDF, standard or overnight mail. We rely heavily on interviews with market participants in the subject market, as well published market surveys, to analyze current and past trends to assist in our appraisal problem.

Our residential appraisal department utilizes digital photographs and mapping, and has capabilities of EDI, e-mail in an Acrobat pdf format, or regular and overnight mail.

A.R.E.A. is certified by the State of Florida as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), as well as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
